NYFW: September 8th.

Here are some of my favorite looks from Sunday’s shows…

Tommy Hilfiger

LOVE the scuba inspired surfer girl look. The zips on the skirts and shorts are a pretty dangerous twist but I think it can fly. Ha ha, Get it. The cut on everything is perfect.

Theyskens’ Theory

Not as wearable as the rest but I’m a huge fan of layering and I really like the sheers with the boxy tops and coats.

Victoria, Victoria Beckham

Much more daring than her other collection, I’m head over heels with the soft colors and that structured billowy top. Amazing.

Pamella Roland

Lots of different fabrics and cuts. The retro looks is apparent in each and every look. I like the range in this collection.

Karen Walker

Shabby chic on the runway. To the extreme. I like it but a lot of it looks a little TOO hobo chic and busy…

Alice + Olivia

Perfection. Just the right amount of young and carefree mixed in with the predominant structured jackets, cropped trousers and boxy tops. And that embellished jacket? Good God.

3.1 Philip Lim

A little disappointed here, very different from what we’ve seen yet still a fashion favorite…

Reem Acra

I want everything. Ah-mazing. The gowns, the detail, the big hair, the shimmery disco vibes = jaw dropping. And the lame’ = awe inspiring.

The Row

Definitely the child of Mary Kate and Ashley, and it really shows in this collection. Not my favorite, plus the accessories were awkward and totally unwearable. My FAV look is probably the po girl dress with the long lace sleeves, everything else was pretty standard yet disappointing.
